HSC Developments is a charitable organisation
established by the visionary, Lady Abena
Hackman with the ultimate goal of equipping
orphans, widows and a selected number of street
youth who can’t afford payment to acquire the
necessary skills to become assets to their families and community. The organisation since established has positively impacted a community in Kumasi, Ghana.
This organization has trained less privileged youths and orphans who are now fashion designers, bead workers, cosmetologists and IT
professionals. The duration of the courses we offer range from one month to a year and a half.
Our patrons are empathetic members of our community who see the need to help the less fortunate. The quality of training is outstanding
and has attracted valuable partners such as the University of Winneba in the central region of Ghana and Kumasi Technical University who send interns to complete their final training modules.
Our modules are certified by the National Vocational Technical Institute (NVTI) who also audit and accredit our programs. This initiative has also generated jobs in the community and we are planning to acquire land to build a school for the growing demand. Funds generated from sewing have also been used to support the local hospital.
In August 2021, we donated breast suction and blood pressure machines to Manyhia Hospital in Kumasi. We also sponsored our students on fun field trips to Cape Coast and Elimina Castle, Kakum Forest and many other places of interest.

Visionary Abena Hackman is the CEO and founder of HackmanSmile, HS- Deroy Fashion & IT , Birthing The Next Generation and the Entrepreneur Women Movement. Her passion is to help transform the lives of the youth, widows and the less privileged in the society .
Michael Appiah Kubi

Michael Appiah Kubi is a Software Developer, IT Facilitator and a Fashion designer. He is a product from Ghana Communication Technology University.
Formerly Back-Officer at BestPoint Saving and Loans and developer at Ocrons Systems.

Jemima Audrey Annan is the Head of the Prestige Banking Unit at Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited, where she is responsible for the effective management of the High Net Worth clientele of the Bank and the unit’s profitability.
